You will need to attend a day training course, the agenda is as follows:

• Overview of Financial Services
• Products and I.T. Systems training
• Assessments and Testing
• Sales and Prospecting

Once completed you should be at the stage to start looking for new business. Our systems allow you to go out the very next day and therefore you can start earning money from day one.

All Induction training is held at our head office in Essex. We have good contacts with local hotels to make your stay as comfortable as possible if you require accommodation.

Support and further training

A full time paraplanner for all your administrative needs, and who will source products for you when your client requires whole of the market. This releases you and your time to carry on with the crucial part of your job - networking and meeting new clients.

• We manage all the compliance risk releasing you to build your business without getting drawn into interpreting the myriad of guidelines laid down regarding financial advice
• Paper free environment - We will teach you how to use our I.T. system on the induction course. We give the advice to your client and take the responsibility for the risk.
• Full time sales support officer. You will work with a renowned marketing and sales entrepreneur within Financial Services. He will support you and impart his knowledge to you each and every week
• The best training platform for you to continually develop, annual membership affords you all NVQ level 3 qualification training plus NVQ level 4 DipFA training
• Monthly workshops, you will have access to our prominent Winning Ways Workshops and Advanced Financial Planning Workshops held each and every month across the UK

• Development through to Independent Financial Adviser - we offer you a proper career - it's just about following the system of success via our Stepping Stones programme. Normally this will cost a new entrant £3000 but through the Professional Introducer route, a member can qualify for free with only 30 sales.
